Duhe's Thoughts on the Polotical Implications of "W"
It's crazy to assume that anyone can even attempt to take a complete step into another persons shoes. The amount of variables that exist in a persons mind and environment are so expansive that neither films, psychoanalysts, or literature will be able to accurately depict the world from another persons eyes. This film attempts to give the viewer a glimpse into "humanistic" side of bush but since the movie was done with out the help, support, or information of those depicted in the film makes it less than likely they examine the events that took place accurately. My argument is that while completely plausible that everything in the film in some way can be translated into "W's actual life it is completely lacking in valid sources of information regarding President Bush's thoughts and/or emotions. Therefore I make the case that there is not a single scene in this movie that provides a valid statement in regards to the presidency held by Bush. We are looking at the presidency through the eyes of a fictitious character created in order to show us one person's "opinion" about that characters real life counterpart. This logic can only lead one to assume that anything taken from this movie in regards to the real president are fundamentally fictitious as well.

Use a picture. Do you think the people involved in events, especially the events covered in the film, would be more likely to give an accurate of evaluation of events than those who could be more objective?
