The two most important scenes in terms of being the most honest and accurate depiction of George W. Bush and his administration and presidency include: when he is at a press conference and is asked by a reporter, “what would you say your biggest mistake was”, as well as the scene when both of W’s parents show their lack of support for him to run for governor. The reason these scenes are important is because, the first scene was a common occurrence on national television; George Bush often did stumble his own words, or was without words when he needed them. It accurate in showing W’s inability to take responsibility or accept blame or acknowledge his mistakes that he did indeed make.
The scene in which W is discouraged to run for governor because Jeb was already up for office in Florida is an accurate way to show something so significant to W as an overall person and ultimately as a president. His family’s influence impacted him. At the end of the day, the attention he felt Jeb received over him, caused him to feel rejected and seek attention and thrive for unrealistic goals, even things such as out doing his father. One must wonder how much his family really influenced his presidency.

good choice of scenes. What do you mean by overall person?
